Late seventh or eight century cross in the Kirk at Ruthwell an intriquing stone sculpture eighteen feet high with runic text.The cross has allot of impact when standing at the bottom of it looking upwards. I kept the cobwebs off it for ten years or more, I know it very well from all angles!
